AI Predictions: Any predictions or insights provided by AI are for informational purposes only and should not be solely relied upon for decision-making. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated content.
User Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Platform, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Platform.
6. Privacy
Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration. The arbitration shall take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and the language of the arbitration shall be Arabic or English.

We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where appropriate, by other means.
